Shipping & Return Policies

RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES CAN ONLY OCCUR WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE. 

 

Products purchased at retail price can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. 

All exchanges depend on existing stocked products.

 

Cancelation of existing orders can only occur within 8 hours of purchase. To cancel or modify an order please email info@shopcalibis.com. 

 

Orders purchased before the start of any sale will not be issued refunds or credits. 

 

Any issues or concerns with the products should be addressed within 2 days of receiving the product.  Email Info@shopcalibis.com

 

Exchanged items must be returned in as-new condition as received, and with the original packaging. Domestic Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Calibis for the Exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Calibis for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

 

All products shipped back to Calibis HQ as a RTS (Return to Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the postal service facility, will be financially responsible for reshipment costs. Most facilities require pickup or reception within 10 days. Tracking is provided for customers to monitor delivery progress. Packages shipped back, occurs at the companies expense. Customers will be notified of RTS and will need to reconfirm address and pay postage before reshipped.

 

SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS.  You will receive an email from Calibis containing a tracking number when your order is confirmed. 

Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most ship out same day. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your order please contact info@shopcalibis.com

 

TAXES

All California Residents will incur sales tax as set by the state of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. International customers are financially responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
